Through self-motivation and with support, corpsmembers work to fulfill their education, development, and work plans by setting goals and objectives. Corpsmembers work with their staff to achieve the skills necessary to improve their employability. We guide young adults and school-aged youth with opportunities for success through job skills training, education, and work experience with an emphasis on conservation and service projects that benefit the community.
